Poster Preparation Guidelines
- The poster dimensions should be 70 cm (width) x 90 cm (height) and must be prepared as a single piece.
- A 2 cm margin should be left on the top, bottom, left, and right edges of the poster.
- All text should be written in a clear and easily readable font. The title should be in 60-point bold font and should not exceed two lines. Author names and contact information should be in 30-point bold, while the remaining text should be in 16–18-point font size. The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
- The text is preferably presented in two columns, with figures placed in between.
- Section headings should be in 24-point bold font.
- There is no color restriction in poster preparation; however, the use of colored figures and photographs to enhance visual quality is strongly encouraged. To ensure readability, appropriate font sizes should be used within figures, and the same font style should be applied consistently across all figures. Figures should be prepared in sizes that are easily visible from a distance.
Abstract Preparation Rules
- If other authors wish to participate in the congress, they are required to register for the congress.
- Abstracts will be accepted in the form of abstract text and the congress abstract template will be used for paper submission.
- You can send your abstract to the scientific committee by clicking the online abstract submission system and following the necessary steps.
- Papers will contain a maximum of 500 words and will be written in Times New Roman font format in 11 pt.
- The Turkish title of the paper will be written in 12 pt, bold and capital letters and centred. The line spacing of the text will be 1.5 lines.
- In the abstract text, references will be given as [1] if single, [1, 2] if more than one, etc. and the references section will be arranged as shown in the congress abstract template.
- Poster and oral presentations will be accepted if the referee evaluation is positive.
- Abstracts will be published in the abstract booklet.
- Attention should be paid to spelling errors.
- A limited number of oral presentations will be selected by the Scientific Committee.
- The author presenting the paper must pay the congress registration fee.
