Prof. Dr. Nurullah Sara\u00e7o\u011flu received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Atat\u00fcrk University’s Chemistry Department in 1988 and 1991, completed his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry in 1996 under Prof. Dr. Metin Balc\u0131 at the same university, and became a full professor in 2006. He has been a faculty member at Ankara University since May 2024. His research focuses on synthetic and mechanistic organic chemistry, transition metal-catalyzed C\u2013H bond activation and functionalization, as well as catalytic transformations. His work centers on indole chemistry, developing new synthetic methods for potential organic electronic materials and bioactive compounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
